All sales are final on custom products. A non-refundable design fee will be due at the start of the order. Once a design is approved, half the total order will be due, and the other half due upon completion.

Shipping costs of standard product returns will be the buyers responsibility, item must be received in new condition. I don't accept returns or exchanges on custom work. If an order is cancelled, the 50% product deposit will not be refunded. Please contact me with any issues concerning your order!

Lead times on orders vary, Little Blue Barn Co. will be in communication on production times. All items are made when ordered, regardless of customization.  Shipping costs are in addition to the item price listed. Buyers will be notified when an item is shipped and will be provided tracking information.
